One of the biggest resources for all things Oblivion, Oblivion Source also hosts a large number of Morrowind mods.

Dark0ne's site TESSource has informations on all mainline TES games, as well as Morrowind mods, lore information, forums and a pretty good Oblivion FAQ.

Planet Elder Scrolls (formerly Morrowind Summit)

Planet Elder Scrolls contains a pletora of information, media and mods for the various titles of the Elder Scrolls series and is one of the most popular TES sites out there.
